WCNY announces Scenes of the Region summer edition photo contest winners

WCNY, Central New York’s public broadcaster, is pleased to announce the winners of its Scenes of the Region Summer Edition photo contest.

The seasonal contest invites the public to submit scenes from across WCNY’s 19-county broadcast region, capturing the picturesque vineyards, lakes, waterfalls, farms, mountains and overall stunning landscapes across the region.
