Targeted tax hikes may be coming to New York

If you come out a winner under the GOP tax overhaul, you may be asked to step up and help the state’s losers. That’s what Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie told WCNY’s Susan Arbetter on Friday’s WCNY’s “The Capitol Pressroom” radio show.
