This edition of Our New Neighbors continues a discussion of refugees from Ukraine who are coming to Central New York. Maryna Bagovska, who came here from Ukraine with her family in 2020, hosts this month’s show featuring lifelong Central New Yorker Tony Catalfino, who has welcomed more than ten refugees into his home via the U.S. Government program Uniting for Ukraine. They discuss that program, and other ways to offer help to people in war-torn Ukraine. Community FM is committed to including the diverse voices that make Central New York such a special place to live. Our New Neighbors features the journeys of immigrants and refugees who have come here from all over the world.
