Sayed Sadat worked for ten years for an educational program based at the U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan. When the government fell in 2021, he had to leave his home country. He chose to re-settle in Syracuse. Sayed tells his personal story in this edition of Our New Neighbors, hosted by Ibrahim Mohamed and Maryna Bagovska.
