Coming up on the next edition of Connect New York, we explore how changes to the state constitution could affect education: new provisions could limit class size, require full-day pre-K even change how we pay for education. But many stakeholders fear the risks of a convention, which include the possibility of pension rollbacks. We will explore the pros and cons of a Constitutional Convention on education on the next Connect New York.
