Check It Out: Join the Literacy Parade

Check It Out has a special guest: Cheryl Bellamy, a board member with Light a Candle for Literacy. September 9 at 11 a.m., the organization is having their annual parade and book festival. The event starts at Beauchamp Library and ends at Brighton Academy, where a book fair will be held. Books for babies through high school students are featured, and attendees are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite characters.
