Speranza Chorale is a new vocal ensemble in Syracuse, and this weekend they are hosting a community singing event, Vivaldi’s “Gloria.” Founding director Philip Major and board member Matthieu van Der Meer stopped into the studios to chat about this weekend’s event, and to share more about the group, their goals, and why they chose the name “Speranza.”
