Enterprise America

This 10,000-square-foot area Robert J. Daino Broadcast and Education Center is a proven hands-on program for middle and high school student who will learn how to be entrepreneurs in a simulated city. Children learn dozens of business and civic concepts, explore careers based in STEM (science technology, engineering and math) and prepare to become the workforce of tomorrow. The center and its programs and services are available to 3,000 schools within a two-hour radius of Syracuse with a potential reach of a minimum of 700,000 students in grades 6-8.

The program shows students more than any other program why they’re in school each day, learning about math, reading, writing, financial literacy, team work, critical thinking, and citizenship.

This is applied, real-world learning, which gives students a unique glimpse of the adult world we’re readying them for – and why, staying in school and giving their best, is so important.
