New 60-minute Diana special premieres Aug. 22 on WCNY-TV

Twenty years after her death on Aug. 31, 1997, Princess Diana is still an inspiring and intriguing figure to the world.

This new special explores the princess’ life using archival footage and interviews to share a side of her that was not seen by the public. The program will also feature previously unseen filmed conversations with Diana herself, candidly talking about her ambitions, her fears, and her hopes for her children.
