Brian McDonald earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Syracuse University in mid-December. He grew up in North Syracuse and is a Marine Corps Veteran with service in Iraq. On this episode of CNY Heroes, Brian talks about the challenges of transitioning from military to civilian life, including his journey through the worlds of work, college and beyond, where he hopes to help other veterans make the same successful transition.
