CNY Heroes, Episode 18 – Marine Vet Bill Gleason and the Need for DAV Drivers

Bill Gleason is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a recruiter for the Central New York Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans. Bill tells host Dan Cummings the DAV desperately needs more drivers to transport thousands of veterans each year, to and from their appointments at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Gleason also talks about being a Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant, who served both in Vietnam and in the 1991 Persian Gulf War.
