Built to Serve, Episode 33 – CEO of ICAN (Integrated Community Alternatives Network), Steve Bulgar

From the early days of Kids Oneida, ICAN (Integrated Community Alternatives Network) supports home-based family and community programs for family stabilization throughout Upstate New York.  ICAN’s vision is to keep families together, through a wide array of traditional and non-traditional social, emotional, mental health and behavioral services and care.  Some of the unique programs include the reopening of the Utica Children’s Museum, buildings a sports complex in Westmoreland County, and working with NFL Star Latavius Murray to operate a community center in Nedrow.

CEO Steve Bulgar tells his compelling origin story and communicates his passion and expertise in managing dozens of teams to create community collaboration to bring healing to families and neighborhoods.
