In the shadow of the Civil Rights and Voting Rights Acts, a group of concerned citizens founded a Community Action Agency. The goal of this group was to promote human

With centers in Syracuse, Tully and Baldwinsville, PEACE provides a cascade of services to people in need: Head Start/Early Head Start, home weatherization, family support services, and services to seniors.
